By bus: every service on the Trivandrum–Nagercoil route stops at Marthandam; the hospital is a short walk from the bus stand.
From Nagercoil side: through Thuckalay and Swamiyarmadam along the highway; Marthandam is the principal town after Thuckalay.
From Kerala: cross at Kaliyakkavilai and continue south; PPK is the first major hospital on the route, roughly fifteen minutes from the border.
From the coast: the Colachel–Kattathurai road joins the highway a few minutes east of town.
Parking: available on campus for cars and two-wheelers.
